You have got two eyes.
John has got an interesting book.
They have got three brothers.
He has got a red car.
I have got a friend.
We have got a house in the country.
The teacher has got a copy-book.
They have got watches.
Mr. Black has got a helicopter.

The rule is simple: when you are talking about yourself (I), we (we), or they (they), you use "have got." When you refer to he, she, or it (he, she, it), you use "has got."
