Вот как я бы сделал отрицательные и вопросительные формы для каждого предложения.

  1. It is 10 o’clock now.
    — Interrogative: Is it 10 o’clock now?
    — Negative: It isn’t 10 o’clock now.

  2. They have got five children.
    — Interrogative: Have they got five children?
    — Negative: They haven’t got five children.

  3. You are late.
    — Interrogative: Are you late?
    — Negative: You aren’t late.

  4. He is hard-working.
    — Interrogative: Is he hard-working?
    — Negative: He isn’t hard-working.

  5. We have got a small cottage.
    — Interrogative: Have we got a small cottage?
    — Negative: We haven’t got a small cottage.

  6. I have much time.
    — Interrogative: Do I have much time?
    — Negative: I don’t have much time.

  7. We are students.
    — Interrogative: Are we students?
    — Negative: We aren’t students.

  8. She has got many English books.
    — Interrogative: Has she got many English books?
    — Negative: She hasn’t got many English books.

  9. There are 14 floors in their house.
    — Interrogative: Are there 14 floors in their house?
    — Negative: There aren’t 14 floors in their house.

  10. I am from Kiev.
    — Interrogative: Am I from Kiev?
    — Negative: I’m not from Kiev.

  11. His name is Steve.
    — Interrogative: Is his name Steve?
    — Negative: His name isn’t Steve.

  12. He is a first-year student.
    — Interrogative: Is he a first-year student?
    — Negative: He isn’t a first-year student.

  13. He is twenty.
    — Interrogative: Is he twenty?

  14. They are at home.
