Once upon a time, there was a little hedgehog who lived in a peaceful forest. His name was Henry. He had a small, round body covered with sharp spines that helped protect him from predators. Henry was very shy and preferred to spend his days quietly wandering through the woods.

Every morning, Henry would leave his cozy little den under a pile of leaves and go out in search of food. He loved to eat berries, mushrooms, and insects. Although he was small, he was very clever and knew how to find the best treats in the forest.

One day, while walking along a forest path, Henry met a rabbit named Ruby. Ruby was friendly and invited Henry to join her for a picnic. At first, Henry was hesitant, but he soon realized that Ruby was kind and meant no harm. So, they sat together, sharing their food and chatting about their lives.

As the seasons passed, Henry and Ruby became good friends. They spent many afternoons exploring the forest together, with Henry always keeping an eye out for any danger, while Ruby bounced happily along beside him.

Although Henry was small and sometimes afraid of the bigger animals in the forest, he always felt safe with his new friend by his side. He learned that even though he was different from others, he could still make lasting friendships and enjoy life to the fullest.

And so, Henry the hedgehog lived happily ever after, surrounded by friends and the beauty of the forest.
