Нужно продолжить предложения в Present Continuous: am/is/are + глагол с -ing. Даны глаголы: building, coming, having, cooking, standing, swimming. Подставляем по смыслу и по подлежащему (I — am, he/she/it — is, they/we/you — are).

1. Listen! Pat is playing the piano. (уже дано)

2. They are building a new hotel in the city centre at the moment.
   (They → are, сейчас строят → building)

3. Look! Somebody is swimming in the river.
   (Somebody → is, в реке плавает → swimming)

4. 'You are standing on my foot.' - 'Oh, I'm sorry.'
   (You → are, стоишь на ноге → standing)

5. Hurry up! The bus is coming.
   (The bus → is, автобус приближается/подъезжает → coming)

6. 'Where are you, George?' - 'In the kitchen, I am cooking a meal!'
   (I → am, на кухне готовлю → cooking)

7. (on the telephone) 'Hello. Can I speak to Ann, please?' - 'She is having a shower at the moment. Can you phone again later?'
