Bullying is when someone hurts, frightens, insults or controls another person on purpose, often again and again. It can be physical, verbal or online.

The following can be kinds of bullying: call somebody names, make fun of somebody's appearance, write nasty things about somebody, steal somebody's money, tell lies about people, force people to do things they don't want to, and hit people.

Borrow things from people and keep them forever can also become bullying if it is done on purpose to upset or control them, but ordinary borrowing is not bullying.
