In my opinion, a healthy life means taking care of your body every day. In the picture I can see good advice: exercise regularly, eat healthy food, drink plenty of water and reduce stress.

As I see it, regular exercise is very important because it makes us stronger and gives us more energy. Eating clean food, such as fruit, vegetables and simple homemade meals, helps our body work well. Drinking water is also better than drinking too many sweet drinks.

From my point of view, good health is better than the best medicine because it is easier to stay healthy than to treat illnesses later. I think people should stay active, sleep enough and try not to worry too much.
