Yes, we have national festivals in my country. One of the most important is Navruz. It is celebrated in spring, usually on 21 March. People cook special food, visit relatives and friends, sing, dance and take part in different games. The holiday is connected with the beginning of spring and new life.

I like Navruz because the streets are bright and happy, and families spend time together.
