1. I want a biscuit. — Я хочу печенье.

2. She wants an apple. — Она хочет яблоко.

3. He wants to go to the cinema. — Он хочет пойти в кино.

4. Do you want to go shopping? Yes, I do. — Ты хочешь пойти за покупками? Да.

5. Does she want a new jacket? Yes, she does. — Она хочет новую куртку? Да.

6. Does he want to go sightseeing? No, he doesn’t. — Он хочет осматривать достопримечательности? Нет.

Почему так:

• После want ставим существительное:
  want a biscuit, want an apple, want a new jacket.

• Когда после want идёт действие, используется to + глагол:
  want to go shopping, want to go to the cinema.

• С he / she / it в утвердительном предложении к want добавляется -s:
  She wants, He wants.

• В вопросах с do / does основной глагол остаётся в начальной форме:
  Do you want…?
  Does she want…?
  Не: Does she wants…?

• Краткие ответы:
  Yes, I do.
  Yes, she does.
  No, he doesn’t.
