Tom: Hi, Anna! How are you?

Anna: Hi, Tom! I’m fine, thank you. I’m thinking about our school rules. Do you like them?

Tom: Yes, I think school rules are important. They help students study and behave well.

Anna: I agree. Our school has many rules. For example, students must come to school on time.

Tom: That’s right. We must not be late for lessons. We also have to wear a school uniform.

Anna: Yes, and we must keep our classrooms clean. Students should throw rubbish into the bins and take care of school property.

Tom: Another important rule is that we must be polite to teachers and classmates.

Anna: I think so too. We must listen to teachers during lessons and not talk when someone is speaking.

Tom: Are we allowed to use mobile phones at school?

Anna: No, we aren’t. We must turn off our phones during classes.

Tom: That’s a good rule because phones can distract students.

Anna: We also have to do our homework and bring all necessary books and notebooks.

Tom: Yes, following school rules helps us become responsible students.

Anna: I agree. School rules make our school a better place for everyone.
