My Favourite Games and Sports

Sport and games are an important part of our life. They help us stay healthy, strong and active. There are many different kinds of sports, such as football, basketball, volleyball, tennis and swimming. Everyone can choose a sport they like.

My favourite sport is football. I like playing football with my friends after school. We usually go to the playground and divide into two teams. We run, pass the ball and try to score goals. It is always exciting and funny. Sometimes we win, and sometimes we lose, but the most important thing is to enjoy the game and have fun together.

I also like playing computer games and board games. They help me relax and spend time with my friends. My favourite games are interesting and full of adventures.

Sport teaches us to be strong, disciplined and friendly. It also teaches us to work in a team and never give up. I think that everyone should do sports and play games because they make our life happier and healthier.
