a) The last time someone was rude to me was at a shop. A person pushed in front of me in the queue and did not say sorry. I felt upset, but I stayed calm.

b) The last time I thanked somebody was yesterday. I thanked my classmate for helping me with my homework.

c) The most polite person I know is my friend. This person always says “please” and “thank you”, listens carefully, and never interrupts others. They are kind, calm, and respectful.
