Dear Alex,

I want to tell you about a film I watched last weekend. It is called Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. It is a fantasy film about a boy who discovers that he is a wizard. Harry goes to Hogwarts School and makes two good friends, Ron and Hermione. Together they learn magic, explore the old castle and try to protect a mysterious stone from a dangerous thief.

I enjoyed the film because it is exciting, funny and a little mysterious. The actors are convincing, and the music creates a magical atmosphere. My favourite character is Hermione because she is clever, brave and always ready to help her friends. I think this film teaches us that friendship and courage are more important than being famous. I would recommend it to anyone who likes adventures.

Best wishes,
