Last summer I had a really exciting vacation. I spent most of my time at my grandparents’ house in the countryside. Every morning I helped them in the garden and fed the animals. In the afternoons my friends and I went swimming in the river and played volleyball. One weekend we went hiking in the nearby mountains and took a lot of beautiful pictures. In the evenings we sat by the fire, told stories, and watched the stars. I also read several interesting books and learned how to cook some traditional dishes. It was one of the best summers I’ve ever had because I relaxed, had fun, and spent time with people I love.
