Blog topic: Healthy Lifestyle for Teenagers

Design idea: The blog should have a clean and friendly design. Use a white background, green and blue details, clear titles, and short paragraphs. Each post can have one photo at the top and a small comment section below.

Post 1: Why Sleep Is Important

Many teenagers go to bed late because of homework, games, or social media. But sleep helps our brain rest and remember new information. If you sleep well, you feel better, learn faster, and have more energy during the day.

For this post, I would add a photo of a teenager sleeping or an alarm clock. I would also include a short video about healthy sleep habits.

Post 2: Easy Ways to Be More Active

You do not need to do difficult sports every day to be healthy. Walking, dancing, cycling, or playing football with friends can help your body stay strong. Even \(20\) minutes of activity a day is useful.

For this post, I would add a photo of teenagers doing sport outside. I would also include a link to a simple workout plan, but on the blog we can show it as a button or title without writing the full link.
