My Rights

Every person has rights. Children have rights too. My rights help me feel safe, respected, and free.

I have the right to live, study, and get medical help when I need it. I also have the right to express my opinion and to be listened to. At school, I have the right to learn in a safe and friendly atmosphere.

But rights are connected with responsibilities. If I want others to respect my rights, I should respect their rights too. I should be polite, honest, and fair.

I think rights are very important because they protect people and help everyone live better.
