Особенности образования множественного числа в этих словах:

• person → people, woman → women, man → men, child → children, tooth → teeth — это неправильные формы множественного числа.

• foot → feet также меняет форму во множественном числе.

• sheep → sheep и fish → fish могут оставаться без изменения, когда речь идет о нескольких животных.

• watch → watches, wife → wives, knife → knives, shelf → shelves — обычные правила: добавляется окончание -es или меняется f/fe на -ves.
