The animals and plants in the photos are typical representatives of the nature of Kazakhstan. They can be seen in different parts of the country because Kazakhstan has many natural zones: steppes, deserts, mountains, forests and lakes.

For example, the snow leopard is a rare animal that lives in the high mountains of Kazakhstan, especially in the Tien Shan and Altai Mountains. It prefers rocky areas with cold climates.

The saiga antelope can be seen in the steppes and semi-deserts of western and central Kazakhstan, including areas near the Ural River and the Betpak-Dala desert. It is one of the symbols of the Kazakh steppe.

The golden eagle lives in many regions of Kazakhstan, especially in the mountain areas and open steppes. It is often used in traditional Kazakh hunting.

Among the plants, the tulip is a famous flower of Kazakhstan. Wild tulips grow in the southern parts of the country, especially in the foothills of the Tien Shan Mountains.

The saxaul tree grows in the deserts of Kazakhstan, such as the Kyzylkum and Moyynkum deserts. It can survive in very dry conditions.

These animals and plants show the great variety of Kazakhstan’s nature. They can be found in different regions, from the mountains in the east and south to the wide steppes and deserts in the west and center of the country.
