told / asked + object + (not) to + verb

Примеры:

В первом задании также можно сказать: The doctor told me to do more exercise. Это грамматически правильный способ передачи совета или указания, однако в упражнении уже дано начало The doctor told me that, поэтому правильное продолжение — I had to do more exercise.
