The weather was fine. It was spring. The sun was in the blue sky. Birds were singing songs. It was a good summer day. Peter was in a very good mood. He looked to the left. There was green grass on the ground and there were

pink, purple and yellow flowers in the grass. Lots of bees were flying in the air over them. They were busy collecting nectar. Peter didn't like honey very much, but he liked watching bees. He wished them all the best and turned to the right. On

the right he could see a fence. It was painted in yellow and blue. Peter didn't like winter because he couldn't ride his bike, swim or play football. In winter he missed his friends from the summer camp and often wrote letters to them all. Last summer he went to the camp. He liked it very much and

every winter day he dreamed about going to that camp the next year.

But summer was coming. He said: "I will be happy during the three summer

months: June, July and August. I will go fishing with my friends early in the

morning, and late at night we will think about scary things and tell scary stories." Last month he got a letter from his friend Ginger-the-Squirrel. She lived in Wonderland. She wrote that she would be in the Magic Wood for one day, and that would be on her birthday. Her mother wanted to see Mrs Hedgehog. Peter was sure that Ginger-the-Squirrel and her mother were at Mrs Hedgehog at that time.

Before going out Peter didn't have time for breakfast. So, he was dreaming about a sandwich.
