РЕБЯТАА ПОМОГИТЕ

Нужно написать письмо-жалоба на какой нибудь приобретенный товар. НА АНГЛИЙСКОМ!!

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a pair of headphones that I bought in your shop last week.

When I came home and tried to use them, I found out that the left earphone did not work. The sound was very quiet and sometimes disappeared completely. I used the headphones only once, so I am sure that the problem was not caused by me.

I still have the receipt and the original box. I would like you to replace the headphones with a new pair or give me a full refund.

I hope you will solve this problem as soon as possible.
