Choose the right form

Correct forms:

• We regret to inform you that our school trip has been cancelled.
• They don't mind helping us at all.
• I clearly remember meeting them in the schoolyard after classes.
• Have you forgotten to speak to Jane about the change in the timetable?
• Some time ago they used to go to the theater every month.
• Please remember to complete this form before you cross the border of the country.

Short rule: after mind we use the gerund. With remember, forget and regret, the gerund usually means a past action, and to + verb means something that must be done or said.
