My Favourite Sport

Sport is very important in our life. It helps people to be strong, healthy and active. Many people like football, basketball, swimming, running and tennis.

My favourite sport is football. I like it because it is interesting and exciting. I usually play football with my friends after school. We play in the yard or at the stadium.

Football teaches me to work in a team. It also helps me to become faster and stronger. I think sport is a good way to spend free time.

I believe that every person should do some sport, because it is good for health and mood.
