Dear Alex,

I have just returned from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. It was one of the most interesting trips in my life. First, I visited the Tower of London. Its old walls and stories about kings and queens made me feel as if I was in a history book. Then I saw Buckingham Palace. I was very excited when I watched the Changing of the Guard there. My favourite place was the British Museum. I was amazed by its huge halls and ancient treasures from different countries. The trip helped me understand British history and culture much better. I took many photos because I wanted to remember every moment. I hope one day we can visit these places together.
