An Accident

Last winter my friend Alex had an accident. He was riding his bike to school when he saw a small dog in the road. Alex tried not to hurt the dog, so he turned the bike quickly and fell down.

Luckily, he was wearing a helmet. A passer-by helped him and called his mother. Alex had a bruised knee, but nothing was broken. The dog was safe too. After that day, Alex always rides his bike more carefully.
