I live in Moscow, on Tverskaya Street. The Kremlin is the most popular place near my home. To get to the metro station "Tverskaya," I walk for about 5 minutes. The station is very close, so it’s a short and pleasant walk along the bustling street.

Once I'm at the "Tverskaya" metro station, I take the Zamoskvoretskaya Line (green line). It’s usually quite crowded, especially during rush hour, but since I’m only going a couple of stops, it’s manageable. I ride for two stops and get off at "Teatralnaya" station.

From "Teatralnaya," I transfer to the "Ploshchad Revolyutsii" station on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya Line (blue line). It’s an easy and well-signposted transfer, taking about 3-4 minutes. After one stop, I get off at "Biblioteka imeni Lenina," which is right near the Kremlin.

When I exit the metro, I go up the stairs to the street, and from there it’s only a short walk to the Kremlin’s main entrance. The whole trip usually takes me around 15-20 minutes, depending on how crowded the metro is.
