Dear Dr. Smith,

I am writing on behalf of our school to invite you to our annual Biology Day, which will be held next month on Friday, 15 March, from 10:00 to 14:00 in the school assembly hall. We would be delighted if you could give a talk to our students about the fascinating world of immunology and your work at the University Hospital.

We chose to invite you because your research on immune responses is well-known, and we believe your real-life experience as a doctor will bring the subject to life for our students. Many of them are considering careers in medicine, and your insights would be incredibly inspiring.

The talk would be about 30–40 minutes, followed by a Q&A session. We can provide any equipment you might need.
