Alan: I've been calling you for the past hour. Where are you? Ella: I'm in the dress shop. Guess who I (see) here half an hour ago? Your boss, Mr Fletcher! Alan: Did he (recognise) you? Ella: Oh, yes! When he saw me, I (try on) a beautiful dress. Alan: I hope it wasn't an expensive dress. I (ask) Mr Fletcher for a pay rise last week; I don't want him to see you buying expensive things. Ella: Don't be silly! Anyway, he liked the dress. And while we (talk), his wife (arrive). She didn't look happy. Alan: Why? Because her husband (talk) to someone he didn't know? Ella: No. Because she (just buy) exactly the same dress as I (wear). Правильные формы глаголов:

Alan: I've been calling you for the past hour. Where are you?
Ella: I'm in the dress shop. Guess who I saw here half an hour ago? Your boss, Mr Fletcher!
Alan: Did he recognise you?
Ella: Oh, yes! When he saw me, I was trying on a beautiful dress.
Alan: I hope it wasn't an expensive dress. I asked Mr Fletcher for a pay rise last week; I don't want him to see you buying expensive things.
Ella: Don't be silly! Anyway, he liked the dress. And while we were talking, his wife arrived.
Alan: Why? Because her husband was talking to someone he didn't know?
Ella: No. Because she had just bought exactly the same dress as I was wearing. She was annoyed because we had both chosen the same dress.
