Apple Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of flour

• 150 g of butter

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 cup of sugar

• 3 apples

• 1 teaspoon of baking powder

• 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar

• A pinch of salt

• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Instructions:

1. First, wash, peel and cut the apples into small pieces.

2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

3. Add the butter and eggs. Mix everything well until you get a soft dough.

4. Add the vanilla sugar and mix again.

5. Put half of the dough into a greased baking pan.

6. Place the apple pieces on top and sprinkle them with cinnamon.

7. Cover the apples with the remaining dough.

8. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

9. Bake the pie for about 35–40 minutes until it becomes golden brown.

10. Let the pie cool before serving.
