Hi Anna,

I’m having a problem with my phone. It keeps turning off when I need it, especially while I am doing homework online. I feel worried and annoyed because I might miss important messages from my teachers. I’ve tried charging it fully and deleting some apps, but it still happens. My parents think I should take it to a repair shop. My friends say I should save for a new one. I hope I can solve it soon.
