Здесь нужно различать прилагательные на -ing и -ed.

  • -ing описывает того или то, что вызывает чувство: annoying — раздражающий, boring — скучный.
  • -ed описывает чувство человека: annoyed — раздражённый, bored — скучающий.

В предложениях уже правильно употреблены формы: annoying, irritating, exhausted, surprised, boring, amazed, excited, delighted, shocked, embarrassed, amusing, insulting, satisfied, worried, shocking.
